Bands and Cups is founded and led by Aayushi Kanodia, an immunologist-turned-lingerie designer. Her work has been recognised nationally—the brand was a finalist on Shark Tank India and is incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, reflecting its position as a health- and fit-focused startup.
