What is PinkBazaar?
PinkBazaar is a geo-location based free global business directory. It helps you discover local shops, service providers, restaurants, events, and jobs — all in one place, tailored to your location. It was launched in 2024 from Mumbai and today lists over 2 lakh businesses across 600+ cities around the world.
PinkBazaar is NOT a marketplace. You cannot buy or sell anything directly on this website. There is no cart, no checkout, and no payment. PinkBazaar connects you to the business — you contact them directly.

Badges You'll See
| Badge | What It Means |

| 🔵 Verified | The PinkBazaar team has confirmed this is a genuine business. Awarded free — not a paid feature. |
| 🩷 Featured | This listing gets priority placement at the top of search results. Awarded by the team for high-quality listings. |
How to Get Your Business Verified
The blue Verified badge is awarded free by the PinkBazaar team after we confirm your business is genuine. Here's how to request it:
- Submit your business documents (GST certificate, Udyam/MSME certificate, shop license, or any government-issued business proof) to the PinkBazaar support team.
- Send them via WhatsApp or email using the contact options in the footer.
- Include your Listing ID and the business name as it appears on PinkBazaar.
- Our team will review your documents and verify your business — usually within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, the blue Verified badge appears on your listing automatically.
Verification is completely free — for every business, regardless of plan. Your documents are kept private and used only to confirm authenticity.
What "Verified" actually means. The Verified badge confirms that the business owner submitted identity/business documents which our team manually reviewed. It tells you the business is genuine and the contact details are accurate. It does not guarantee service quality, pricing, delivery, or legal compliance — those remain entirely the responsibility of the individual business. Always exercise your own judgment before making purchases or sharing sensitive information.
PinkBazaar works best when your location is set. Results are sorted by distance from you, so you always see what's closest first.
Setting Your Location & Finding Nearby Businesses
PinkBazaar uses your geo location to show businesses that are actually near you. Here's how to set it up.
Option 1 — Auto-Detect Location (Recommended)
- When you visit PinkBazaar for the first time, a location permission popup appears in your browser.
- Click Allow. Your browser shares your GPS coordinates with the site.
- Your city/area name fills in automatically in the location bar at the top of the page.
- All results are now sorted by distance from your current position.
Option 2 — Enter City Manually
- Click the location bar at the top of any page.
- Type your city name — Google Places suggestions will appear.
- Select your city from the dropdown list.
- Your location is saved in your browser — it stays set on your next visit.
The 50km Priority Zone
PinkBazaar gives priority to businesses within 50km of your location. They always appear above more distant results. Even if you set a wider radius, the closest businesses come first.
Browsing Listings
Radius Filter
On the Services or Stores page, use the Radius filter to control how far to search:
- 5km — very nearby only
- 10km — your local area
- 25km — wider city area (default)
- 50km — entire region
Open Now Filter
Enable Open Now to show only businesses currently open based on their listed hours. Useful when you need help immediately.
Category Filter
Narrow results to a specific category — like Plumber, Restaurant, Salon — from the category dropdown.
PinkBazaar stores your location in your browser's local storage. It does not share your precise location with anyone — it's only used to sort search results.
Reading a Business Listing Page
Every business on PinkBazaar has its own listing page. Here's a breakdown of every section you'll find on a listing page.
Hero Section (Top)
- Business Name — displayed prominently at the top
- Category — what type of business it is (e.g., Restaurant, Plumber, Salon)
- Profile Photo / Logo — the main image set by the owner

About Section
The business's description — what they do, what they offer, their experience, specialties. You'll also find the full address here.
Photo Gallery
Photos uploaded by the business — shop interior, products, team, work samples. Click any photo to open it full-screen. Use the arrows or swipe to browse all photos.
Products Showcase
If the business has a paid plan, they may have a Products Showcase section listing specific products with name, price, and photos. Click any product to see its full details page.
QR Code Section
Every business listing on PinkBazaar includes a QR code that links directly to that listing page. This allows customers to quickly access the business profile by simply scanning the code.
Where You'll Find It
The QR code is displayed on the listing page, usually near the bottom or in a dedicated QR section. It may also be available inside the Owner Dashboard for download.
How It Works
- Open the QR code on the listing page
- Scan it using any mobile camera or QR scanner app
- It instantly opens the business listing in the browser
Why It’s Useful
- Share your business profile offline (visiting cards, posters, banners)
- No need to search or type business name
- Quick access for customers to view details and contact you
Business owners can download and print their QR code to use in marketing materials. One scan takes customers directly to their full PinkBazaar profile.
Full Page Updates Section
Below the About section, all announcements posted by the business appear here in chronological order with timestamps. Shows what the business has been communicating to customers recently.
Not all sections appear on every listing. A basic free listing will show the hero, contact buttons, about section, and gallery only. Paid listings have more.
Using Search & Categories
PinkBazaar has multiple ways to find exactly what you're looking for.
Global Search Bar
- Click the search bar at the top of any page.
- Start typing — suggestions appear as you type, showing matching businesses.
- Click a suggestion to go directly to that listing, or press Enter for the full results page.
The search bar searches across both stores and services by name and category.
Searching for Products
- Go to Categories from the homepage or navigation.
- Browse or select a product category (e.g., Electronics, Clothing, Home Decor).
- See products listed by businesses in that category — with price, city, and business name.
- Click any product to see its full detail page.
You can also type a specific product name in the main search bar to find it directly.
Browsing by Service or Store Type
Use the Services or Stores pages from the navigation to browse all businesses near you. Apply category, radius, and open-now filters to narrow down results.
Products shown in category pages are submitted by business owners who have a paid plan. They are verified by the PinkBazaar team before appearing.
Submitting a Review
Reviews help other visitors decide who to trust. PinkBazaar lets anyone share their honest experience with a business — no signup required.
How to Submit a Review
- Open the listing page of the business you want to review.
- Scroll down to the Customer Reviews section.
- Click the "Write a Review" button.
- Enter your name as you'd like it shown publicly.
- Pick a star rating (1 to 5).
- Write your review (up to 1000 characters) — what was good, what wasn't, and why.
- Click Submit Review. Your review goes live after a quick moderation check.
Optional: Verify with Google
The review form has an optional Sign in with Google button. If you use it, your review gets a green ✓ Verified by Google badge next to your name on the public listing page — a real trust signal for other visitors that says "this is a real person, not a fake account."
Signing in with Google is completely optional:
- The display name you typed stays yours. Even after signing in, your review still shows the name you typed in the form — you can stay anonymous or pseudonymous if you prefer. Google sign-in proves you're a real person; it doesn't replace your chosen display name.
- Your Google email is never displayed publicly. We use it only for our admin team to verify the review came from a real account if abuse is later reported. Same goes for your Google profile name — admin-only, never on the listing.
- Verified reviews are easier and faster for us to approve. Because we already know the review is from a real Google account, our moderation team can clear it quickly. Unverified reviews still get approved if they look genuine, just with more scrutiny.
You don't need a Google account to leave a review on PinkBazaar. Sign-in is an optional trust booster — not a requirement.
What Makes a Helpful Review
- Be specific — mention the product, service, or visit. "Great shop" tells nobody anything; "I bought running shoes here, the owner helped me find the right size, fair price" actually helps.
- Be fair — share both the good and the bad if relevant.
- Be recent — describe a real experience, ideally a recent one.
- Be respectful — even a 1-star review can be polite.
Our Review Policy
We want PinkBazaar reviews to be trustworthy for everyone. Here's what we allow and don't allow:
The following will be removed:
- Fake reviews — written by people who never visited or used the business
- Self-reviews by the business owner or their staff
- Reviews posted by competitors to harm a business
- Multiple reviews from the same device or IP for the same listing
- Vulgar, abusive, threatening, or hateful language
- Personal attacks, doxxing, or sharing of private information
- Off-topic content, spam, or promotional links
What we do NOT remove: Honest negative reviews. If a customer had a bad experience and describes it fairly, the review stays — even if the business owner disagrees. This is what keeps PinkBazaar reviews trustworthy.
For Business Owners — If You Get a Bad Review
- Read it carefully — even a harsh review often contains feedback you can act on.
- Don't post fake positive reviews to push it down — our system detects this and you may lose your existing reviews too.
- If the review violates our policy (fake, abusive, off-topic, competitor attack), contact the PinkBazaar support team via WhatsApp or email with the listing ID and a brief explanation.
- We'll review it against our policy and remove it if it qualifies — usually within 1–2 business days.
The best response to a fair criticism is to fix the issue and let your next happy customers post their own reviews. Trying to hide negative feedback usually backfires.
How Rankings Work
Whenever you browse stores or services on PinkBazaar — on the homepage, on category pages, or on the /stores/ and /services/ lists — listings are shown in a specific order. We want you to know how that order is decided so you can interpret what you see.
Main Ranking Parameters
Listings are ordered using the following criteria, in roughly this priority:
- Distance from your location — when you've shared your location (via the location popup or by setting it manually), nearby listings appear first. This is the strongest signal because most people want businesses they can actually visit.
- Featured (paid) placements — businesses that pay $7 USD per year for the Featured plan get priority placement at the top of their category, but only when they're already nearby. Featured does not override distance for far-away listings.
- Active and open status — listings that are currently open or recently updated rank higher than dormant ones. Closed-now listings are still shown but lower down.
- Rating and number of reviews — when distance is similar, higher-rated and more-reviewed businesses come first.
- Verified badge — verified businesses receive a small ranking boost over unverified ones with similar metrics.
- Recently updated listings — listings whose owners actively keep their profile, hours, and photos current get a small additional boost.
What "Featured" Means
The orange star (⭐) on a listing means it's a Featured listing — the business owner pays $7 USD per year for priority placement, additional photos, page updates, products showcase, and 90-day analytics. Featured listings are paid placements, similar to sponsored results on other platforms.
Featured does NOT mean verified, vetted, or quality-checked. It only means the owner paid for placement. Always check reviews, ratings, and the Verified badge separately when deciding to use a business.
Sorting Options
You can override the default ranking on the Stores and Services pages using the Sort dropdown:
- Distance (default when location is set) — closest first
- Featured — paid Featured listings only, sorted by distance
- Rating — highest-rated first
- Name — alphabetical
What Does NOT Affect Ranking
- Your search history or browsing behaviour — we don't profile users
- Personalized advertising — we don't run ads on PinkBazaar
- Money paid for individual reviews — reviews can't be bought, sold, or boosted
- Business size — small local shops compete on equal footing with chains
About this disclosure. Under the EU Modernisation (Omnibus) Directive, online platforms displaying ranked listings must disclose the main parameters that determine the order. This page is our public ranking-transparency disclosure for visitors anywhere in the world, not just the EU.

Analytics & Stats
PinkBazaar tracks how many people view your listing page and where they're coming from. This data helps you understand your listing's performance and make smarter decisions.
Basic Stats (Free for All Owners)
Available in the Home tab of your dashboard:
- Views today — how many people opened your listing page today
- Views this week — total for the current 7-day period
- 7-day chart — a bar/line chart showing daily views for the past week
Advanced Analytics (Paid Plan)
Top Browse Locations
A city-level breakdown of where your visitors are browsing from. Useful for understanding your reach — which cities your customers are in.
Extended History
Select 30, 60, or 90 days to see a longer trend. Includes:
- Daily view chart for the full selected period
- Country breakdown — where in the world your visitors are
- City breakdown for the full extended period
How to Use Your Analytics
| What You Notice | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Low views overall | Improve your photos, complete your description, request Featured status |
| High views, low contact | Check your phone number is correct; improve your profile photo |
| Spike on a specific day | Think about what happened — did you share your link? A customer recommended you? Use that insight. |
| Visitors from other cities | Consider whether you can serve or deliver to those cities |
One "view" = one page load of your listing. If the same person visits multiple times, each visit counts separately.

QR Code for Your Listing
Every business listing on PinkBazaar has a QR code that links directly to its page. Business owners can use this QR code in physical marketing materials so customers can instantly access their listing.
Where to Find It
The QR code is available on your business listing page. Scroll to the QR section or check your Owner Dashboard.
How to Use It
- Open your listing page on PinkBazaar.
- Locate the QR code section.
- Download or save the QR code image.
- Print it on your visiting card, banner, shop board, or pamphlet.
- Customers can scan it to open your listing instantly.
Why It's Useful
- No need for customers to search your business manually
- Instant access to your contact details and location
- Perfect for offline marketing
- Works with any smartphone camera
Place your QR code where customers can easily scan it — shop entrance, billing counter, packaging, or advertisements.
Replying to Customer Reviews
You can reply publicly to any customer review on your listing. A polite, factual reply often does more good than the review itself — it shows future customers how you handle feedback.
How it works
- Open your listing's Activity Dashboard (Activity link at the bottom of your listing page).
- Enter your PIN to log in.
- Click the Reviews tab in the sidebar.
- Find the review you want to reply to. Type your reply in the box and click Submit Reply.
- Your reply goes to our moderation queue. Once approved (usually within 1–2 business days), it appears publicly under that review on your listing.
What you can do with your reply
- Submit — one reply per review, up to 2000 characters (~500 words).
- Edit — you can revise your reply anytime. Editing resets it to pending approval, and the public will not see the reply until our team re-approves it. This protects everyone — including you — from accidental abuse of edit access.
- Delete — removes only your reply; the customer's review stays.
Tips for an effective reply: thank the customer for their feedback (even if negative), address specific concerns factually, never argue or insult the reviewer, and avoid sharing personal contact details (replies are public).
Replies that contain profanity, personal attacks, false claims about the reviewer, links to other websites, or contact-info bypass attempts will be rejected. Repeated violations may suspend your reply privilege.
Chat Form — Pre-Chat Questions for WhatsApp
Tired of replying with the same questions every time someone messages you on WhatsApp? With Chat Form you can configure up to 5 questions visitors must answer before they reach you — name, travel date, pickup location, budget, anything. Their answers come to you as one tidy WhatsApp message, so you can quote, plan or book straight away.
Chat Form is free for every listing — both Free and Featured plans. If you don't set up any questions, the WhatsApp button keeps its current behaviour (sends a normal "I'm interested" message directly).
How to set it up
- Open your listing's Activity Dashboard (Activity link at the bottom of your listing page).
- Enter your PIN to log in.
- Click the Chat Form tab in the sidebar.
- Type a question in each box. Use plain language — exactly what you want to ask.
- Tick Required next to a question if visitors must answer it before they can send the message.
- Use Add Question for more rows (up to 5). The red × button removes one.
- Click Save Chat Form. Your changes go live instantly — no admin review needed.
Example questions by business type
- What is your travel date and time?
- Pickup and drop-off location?
- How many passengers and luggage?
- Reservation date and time?
- Number of guests?
- Any dietary preferences?
- What service do you need?
- Where is the location?
- Preferred date and time?
- What product are you looking for?
- Quantity or size?
- Do you need delivery?
Required vs Optional
- Required — visitor cannot send the message until they fill in this question. The label gets a red asterisk. Best for the one or two answers you absolutely need (e.g. name, travel date).
- Optional (default) — visitor can leave the field blank. Empty optional answers are simply skipped in the final WhatsApp message. Best for "nice to know" details (e.g. special requests, budget range).
What visitors see on your listing page
When a visitor clicks the WhatsApp button on your store or service page, instead of opening WhatsApp directly, they see a clean form modal with your questions. After filling it in they tap Send on WhatsApp and WhatsApp opens with their answers pre-typed, ready to send to you.
There is also a Skip & Chat Directly button for visitors who don't want to fill the form — that opens WhatsApp with the default greeting, exactly like before. So you never lose a lead just because someone is in a hurry.
Don't overdo it. More than 3 required questions starts to feel like an interrogation. Most owners get the best results with 2–3 questions total, only one of which is marked required. Long forms reduce conversions.
Turning it off
Remove all questions from the Chat Form tab (use the × button on every row) and click Save Chat Form. The page will confirm "All questions removed — your WhatsApp button now sends a direct message." Your listing reverts to the standard direct-WhatsApp flow.
Google Sign-In for Your Dashboard
You can optionally link a Google account to your listing so you can sign in to your Activity Dashboard with one click — no PIN typing. Your PIN keeps working either way; it's the universal fallback the PinkBazaar support team can reset for you over WhatsApp if you ever lose access.
Google Sign-In is free for every listing — Free, Trial, and Featured plans alike. It's a convenience layer, not a paid feature.
How to Link Your Google Account
You only need to do this once. Make sure you're already logged in to your dashboard with your PIN — Google linking happens from inside the dashboard, not from the login page.
- Log in to your Activity Dashboard with your PIN.
- Click the Settings tab in the sidebar.
- Find the Google Sign-In card. You'll see a "Continue with Google" button.
- Click the button. A Google popup opens.
- Pick the Google account you'd like to use for signing in to this dashboard. (For a brand-new Google authorization to PinkBazaar, you may be asked to consent the first time — same as any other "Sign in with Google" website.)
- You're done. The card now shows "Linked Google account" with your email and a Remove button.
The PIN-login check on this page proves you're the owner before the link is saved — so a random Google user can't claim someone else's listing just by signing in.
How to Sign In with Google (Next Time)
Once your Google account is linked, the login page for your dashboard shows the Google button below the PIN field, with an "— or —" divider between them.
- Open your Activity Dashboard URL in any browser.
- If your Google account is already signed in to Google in this browser, the dashboard often signs you in automatically — no clicks needed. Otherwise, click Sign in with Google.
- Pick your linked Google account. PinkBazaar checks that the email matches what you saved in Settings.
- You're in. The dashboard loads.
If you sign in with a different Google account than the one you linked, PinkBazaar will refuse the login with a clear message and ask you to use the right account or fall back to your PIN. This stops anyone else's Google account from taking over your dashboard.
Public Contact Email vs Google Sign-In Email
These are two separate fields. They can be the same or different:
- Public contact email on your listing (the one shown to customers) lives in the listing's contact details — admin-managed.
- Google sign-in email lives privately in your account settings — only you and the PinkBazaar admin team can see it, and it controls dashboard access only.
So your business can advertise info@yourcompany.com publicly while you sign in with your.name@gmail.com personally. They never need to be the same email.
Removing Google Sign-In
If you change your Google account, give the listing to someone else, or just want to go back to PIN-only login, you can unlink anytime:
- Log in to your Activity Dashboard (PIN or current Google).
- Open the Settings tab → Google Sign-In card.
- Click Remove Google Sign-In and confirm.
- The card switches back to the "Continue with Google" state and the Google button stops appearing on your login page. PIN is now the only login method until you re-link.
Multi-Team / Shared Access
Each listing supports one linked Google account at a time. If multiple people on your team need dashboard access, the simplest setup is:
- Everyone keeps using the shared PIN (it always works regardless of who linked Google).
- One person — usually the primary owner — links their personal Google for the convenience of fast login.
- If staff changes, the new primary owner can Remove the previous Google link and link their own account.
What If I Lose Access to My Google Account?
Your PIN keeps working, even if you lose access to the Google account you linked. Just sign in with your PIN as you used to, then either:
- Open Settings → Remove the linked Google → link a new account; OR
- Leave Google unlinked and continue using PIN only.
If you ever forget your PIN and lose access to your Google account, the PinkBazaar support team can still reset your PIN over WhatsApp using your registered phone number — see Getting Your Access PIN.
Settings Tab — Updating Your Listing Details
Paid plan feature. Available to paid plan users and free trial users.
The Settings tab lets you update your business details directly from your Owner Dashboard — without using the public update form.
What You Can Update
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Business Name | Update if your business has been renamed or rebranded. Use proper capitalization. |
| Description / About | Rewrite or update your about text. Keep it professional and informative. |
| Phone Number | Update if your contact number has changed. All calls and WhatsApp go to this number. |
| Address | Correct the address if you've moved. Use Google Places autocomplete for accurate map placement. |
How to Submit a Settings Change
- Open your Owner Dashboard and click the Settings tab.
- Update the fields you want to change.
- Click Save / Submit.
- The change is submitted for admin review — it will appear as a pending card in your Home tab feed.
- Changes are applied within 1–2 business days.
Settings changes go through admin review — they are not instant. This ensures quality and accuracy across all listings on the platform.
Default Photo Reset
Also in the Settings tab — you can reset your profile photo to the default category avatar:
- Scroll to the Default Photo section in Settings.
- See a preview of your category's default avatar image.
- Click "Use Default" and confirm.
- A reset request is sent to the admin and applied after review.
Featured Listings — What They Are & How to Get Featured
A Featured listing gets priority placement at the very top of PinkBazaar search results — above all non-featured listings. This means more visibility, more impressions, and more customers finding you.
How Placement Works
When someone searches for businesses near them, PinkBazaar ranks results in this order:
- 🩷 Featured listings — shown first, within the 50km priority zone
- 🟢 Open now listings — businesses currently open
- 📍 Everyone else — sorted by distance from the user
Being Featured puts you at position #1 for customers in your city and surrounding area.
The 50 km Priority Zone Important
PinkBazaar is a local business directory. Our goal is to show users businesses that are actually near them. So Featured placement is location-smart — your business gets top priority for users within 50 km of your location. Beyond 50 km, your listing appears in normal distance order.

Delhi 800km

📍 Circle represents 50 km around the user
✅ Inside 50 km — Full Featured Priority
Your business appears at the very top of results — above all non-featured businesses in the area. Users searching nearby will see you first.
❌ Beyond 50 km — Normal Distance Sorting
Your Featured status does not override distance. A user 800 km away will see nearby businesses first, and your listing sorts by distance like any other business. This is intentional — it keeps results relevant for local users.
💡 Why this rule exists
Imagine a user in Mumbai searching for a salon. A featured salon from Kathmandu (1,500 km away) showing at the top would be useless to that user. Featured is designed to boost you locally — where it actually matters for your business.
How Placement Works — 3 Scenarios
The placement depends on whether the user has set their location on PinkBazaar.
Scenario 1 — User has exact location saved
User has clicked "Detect My Location" on PinkBazaar. We know their exact GPS coordinates.
Rule: Featured businesses within 50 km appear first. Beyond 50 km → normal distance order.
Scenario 2 — No exact location, but country detected
User hasn't saved location but we detect their timezone (e.g. Asia/Calcutta = India).
Rule: Featured businesses in the same country appear first. A Pakistan or UAE business will NOT jump above Indian businesses for an Indian user.
Scenario 3 — No location at all
User is browsing without any location set.
Rule: Featured businesses appear at the top globally, sorted by newest first. There is no distance filter applied.
The Featured Badge is NOT a Paid Ad
You cannot pay to get the Featured badge. The PinkBazaar team awards it to high-quality, well-maintained listings. It's a quality recognition, not an advertisement.
How to Improve Your Chances of Being Featured
- ✅ Professional, clear profile and gallery photos
- ✅ A complete, accurate, and well-written description
- ✅ Correct address with accurate map placement
- ✅ A verified, working phone number
- ✅ Active listing — posting Page Updates regularly (paid feature)
- ✅ Products Showcase if relevant to your business
- ✅ Positive customer reviews on your listing
How to Request Featured Status
- Make sure your listing is complete and high-quality (see checklist above).
- Find your Listing ID from your Owner Dashboard.
- Contact PinkBazaar support on WhatsApp and request featured status.
- Include your listing ID and a brief note about your business.
- The team will review your listing and respond.
Featured status works within a 50km radius of your business location. It's highly localized — exactly the customers most likely to actually visit or contact you.
