Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

PinkBazaar ("we", "us", "our") operates the online business directory at pinkbazaar.in. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made for the Basic Upgrade listing plan.

Payments are currently processed manually โ€” after contacting us on WhatsApp, we share a secure payment link. Refunds are also processed manually by our team. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Platform Disclaimer: PinkBazaar acts only as a platform to promote and list businesses. We do not directly provide or sell any products or services to end users. Any transactions between users and listed businesses are solely their responsibility.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to the following paid service:

  • Basic Upgrade Plan โ€” $7 USD/year (annual subscription): Featured badge and priority placement, up to 10 photos (upload & delete), 90-day analytics with country & city breakdown, instant Page Updates (public announcements on your listing), and Products Showcase (list up to 10 products). Valid for 1 year from activation date.
Note: This is an annual subscription, not a one-time payment. The plan expires after 1 year. There are no automatic renewals โ€” you will be reminded on WhatsApp before expiry.

We do not guarantee business performance, leads, or customer response from paid listings. The Basic Upgrade improves your listing's visibility on PinkBazaar โ€” results depend on your business, location, and market demand.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Your listing upgrade was not activated within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • You were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error.
  • The payment was made by mistake and you notify us within 24 hours of the transaction.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of PinkBazaar based on the conditions stated in this policy. We reserve the right to approve or decline any refund request after review.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The listing upgrade has already been activated on your business profile.
  • Refund is requested after 7 days from the date of payment.
  • The business listing was removed or rejected by our team due to policy violations.
  • Change of mind after the plan has been activated.

5. What Happens to Your Data on Refund or Expiry

When a plan is refunded or expires, the following applies:

  • Featured badge โ€” removed immediately from your listing card and profile page.
  • Photos โ€” your uploaded photos remain visible on your profile. You can still manage photos from your dashboard, but the limit reverts to 2.
  • Analytics โ€” extended stats revert to 7-day display. Country and city breakdown is no longer shown.
  • Page Updates โ€” existing updates are hidden from your listing page. They are preserved and will reappear if you renew.
  • Products Showcase โ€” products are hidden from your listing page. They remain saved and will reappear on renewal.
  • Activity Dashboard PIN โ€” your PIN remains fully active. Dashboard access via PIN is available to all owners regardless of plan.
  • Verified badge โ€” not affected. The Verified badge is lifetime and does not depend on the plan.
Your listing is never deleted. It remains live on PinkBazaar after a refund or expiry โ€” it simply returns to a free listing with standard placement.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment through one of the following:

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Your full name and business name
  • The phone number or WhatsApp number used for the payment conversation
  • Approximate date and amount of payment
  • Reason for refund

7. Refund Processing

Since payments are processed manually via a payment link, refunds are also handled manually by our team. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the reversal within 3โ€“5 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to the same account or UPI ID used for the original payment.
  • Processing time after initiation depends on your bank โ€” typically 2โ€“5 business days.
  • For international payments, currency conversion charges (if any) applied by your bank are not refundable by PinkBazaar.

8. Cancellations

The Basic Upgrade is an annual plan with no automatic renewal. There is nothing to "cancel" mid-year โ€” the plan simply expires after 1 year and is not renewed unless you contact us again. If you want your listing removed from PinkBazaar entirely, contact us at support@pinkbazaar.in.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact your bank or payment provider to raise a dispute or chargeback. We will cooperate fully with any such process and provide payment confirmation details as needed.

All disputes arising from this policy are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of our paid services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
