What is PinkBazaar?

PinkBazaar is a global business directory — not an online marketplace. We connect customers with trusted stores, services, events, and jobs across 600+ cities in India, UAE, Singapore, and worldwide. All communication and transactions happen directly between you and the business — PinkBazaar does not process any payments or sales.

Follow these steps to quickly find what you're looking for on PinkBazaar.

  Set your location Click "Select Your Location" in the navbar. Allow location access or type your city to see nearby listings.

  Search or Browse Use the search bar or browse by category — Stores, Services, Events, Jobs, or Products.

  View a listing Click any store or service card to see full details — photos, opening hours, location map, and contact info.

  Contact the seller Use the WhatsApp or Call button on the listing page. All purchases happen directly with the seller — PinkBazaar does not process any payments.

For Business Owners — List Your Business

Getting your business listed on PinkBazaar takes just a few minutes. Here's how.

  Choose listing type Go to /stores/ to list a shop or /services/ to list a service. Click "Add Your Store" or "Add Your Service".

  Fill in your details Enter your business name, category, city, phone number, description, opening hours, and location.

  Submit for review Your listing goes to the PinkBazaar team for review. Most listings are approved within 24–48 hours.

  Share your page After approval you'll get a public URL like pinkbazaar.in/store/your-business-name/ — share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, or anywhere.

  Upgrade (optional) Upgrade to the Basic plan (₹499/year or $4.99 USD/year) for featured placement, up to 10 photos, 90-day analytics, and more paid features in your dashboard. See pricing →

Activity Dashboard Guide

Every listed business gets a private management dashboard. The link is specific to your listing — it looks like pinkbazaar.in/store/your-business-name/activity/ (or /service/your-name/activity/ for services). From here you can manage your listing, upload photos, view analytics, and more.

How to Log In

Your activity page is locked by default. You need a 6-digit PIN to access it — available to all business owners (free and paid).

  Find your activity page link on your public listing page, or use the format: pinkbazaar.in/store/your-name/activity/

  Request your PIN via WhatsApp — tap the WhatsApp button on the activity page. We'll verify your business by asking a few details and then send you your 6-digit PIN. We also save your email so you can recover access later if needed.

  Enter your 6-digit PIN on the activity page to log in

  You'll see your personal dashboard with all management tabs

Dashboard Tabs

• Home — Submit text or photo change requests to update your listing. Requests go to the PinkBazaar team for review and appear as a feed so you can track their status.
• Updates Paid — Post public announcements that appear instantly on your listing page. No approval needed. Ideal for offers, new arrivals, or important news.
• My Photos — View, upload, and delete your gallery photos directly from the dashboard. Uploads are reviewed by the PinkBazaar team before going live. Free plan: up to 2 photos. Paid plan: up to 10 photos. Both plans can delete photos instantly.
• My Products Paid — Showcase up to 10 products with name, price, description, and image. Admin approves before they go live on your listing page.
• Analytics — View your profile views, top browsing cities, and click stats. Free plan: 7-day history. Paid plan: 90-day history with city and country breakdown.
• Activity Log — Full history of all changes made to your listing — who submitted, what changed, and current status.
• Settings Paid — Update your profile photo from the dashboard (reviewed by PinkBazaar team before going live). Change your 6-digit PIN.

How to Upload Photos

  Log in to your activity dashboard using your 6-digit PIN

  Click the My Photos tab

  Click "Upload Photos" — select images (JPG/PNG/WebP, max 5MB each)

  Photos are reviewed by the PinkBazaar team — usually approved within 24 hours

  You can also delete any of your photos instantly from this tab

  Limit: 2 photos on free plan · 10 photos on paid plan

How to Post a Page Update

  Log in with your PIN → go to the Updates tab (paid plan only)

  Type your announcement (max 500 characters)

  Click "Post Update" — it goes live instantly on your listing page

  Visitors see it in the "Latest Updates" strip below your profile header

How to Change Your Profile Photo

  Log in with your PIN → go to the Settings tab (paid plan only)

  Under "Profile Photo" — click "Choose Photo" and select your image

  Preview updates live in the page — click "Submit for Review"

  Admin approves and sets it as your live profile photo
