Is $7 a recurring charge?

Yes, it is an annual subscription of $7 USD/year. Your Featured badge and all paid features are active for 1 year from activation. We will remind you on WhatsApp before your plan expires.

What is the Verified badge — is it paid?

No. The Verified badge is completely free and awarded by the PinkBazaar team after verifying your business details. It is available to both free and paid listings. Contact us on WhatsApp to request verification.

How do I make the payment?

Click Pay with PayPal to complete payment instantly. Prefer a different method? Use the WhatsApp option below it — we'll share a payment link that suits your country. Your listing is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After PayPal payment, please send the screenshot or PayPal transaction ID on WhatsApp for faster processing.

How long does activation take?

We activate your listing within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Most activations are done the same day.

What is the difference between 7-day and 90-day analytics?

Free listings see profile views and click stats for the last 7 days. With the Basic Upgrade you get 90-day stats including country-wise and city-wise visitor breakdown.

What happens when my plan expires?

Your listing stays live on the free tier — it won't be removed. You keep all the free features (up to 5 Page Updates, 2 products, 3 FAQs, Chat Form and Google Sign-In), but lose the paid extras: Featured badge, priority placement & review, unlimited Page Updates, up to 10 products and 10 FAQs, and 90-day analytics. Your activity dashboard stays accessible via your PIN, and your approved photos remain visible up to the free limit of 2.

What if my business is not listed yet?

You can add your business for free first, then upgrade to the Basic plan.

What is your refund policy?
