Request Data Deletion

Your right to delete your data

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 17), the UK GDPR, and similar privacy laws in India (DPDP Act 2023), Brazil (LGPD), California (CCPA), and other jurisdictions, you have the right to request that PinkBazaar delete the personal data we hold about you.

This page lets you make that request. We process all valid deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

What you can request to delete

• Visitor data: reviews you submitted, contact form messages, support conversations
• Business owner data: your listing(s), associated photos, page updates, products, analytics history, dashboard PIN
• Cookies and tracking data: already user-controlled via the Cookie Preferences dialog and your browser settings

What we may not be able to delete

Some data may be retained even after a deletion request, where required by law or legitimate interest:

• Records of payments and tax invoices (statutory retention period under Indian law)
• Information needed to defend against legal claims or fraud
• Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Information we are legally required to retain (e.g. compliance with court orders)

Fill in the form below. We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity, we'll contact you at the email address provided.

Other rights you have

In addition to deletion, you can also request:

• Access — a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correction of inaccurate data
• Portability — your data in a machine-readable format
• Restriction or objection — limit how we process your data
