PinkBazaar is an online business directory platform that connects users with local businesses,
service providers, events, and job listings across India and globally.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use, our
Privacy Policy, and our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of Platform
PinkBazaar is a business listing and discovery platform only.
We do not sell physical products or render services directly to end users.
We act as an intermediary to connect users with third-party businesses and service providers.
Verified businesses on PinkBazaar have submitted identity or
business-registration documents which were manually reviewed by our team. The
Verified badge confirms that the business is genuine and that the contact
details on the listing are accurate. It does not guarantee
service quality, pricing, delivery, or legal compliance — those remain entirely
the responsibility of the individual business. Users are advised to exercise
their own judgment before making purchases or sharing sensitive information.
2. Listing Submissions
- All submitted listings must be accurate, genuine, and up to date.
- You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the business being listed.
- We reserve the right to approve, edit, or remove any listing without prior notice.
- Listings that violate our policies or applicable laws will be removed immediately.
3. Business Owner Activity Dashboard
All listing owners — free and paid — can access their Activity Dashboard using a
6-digit PIN sent to their registered WhatsApp number. The dashboard allows owners
to view listing stats, manage their profile, submit change requests, and upload or delete photos
within their plan limit. Free users can manage up to 2 photos. Paid plan subscribers can upload
and delete up to 10 photos and unlock all dashboard tabs including Page Updates, Products Showcase,
and Settings.
Free plan owners may be granted a 7-day free trial of Page Updates and Analytics
(country & city visitor breakdown) by the PinkBazaar team — for example, when receiving their
listing PIN. The trial begins at the time of grant. After the 7-day trial period ends, these
features require an active paid plan.
4. Paid Services & Payments
PinkBazaar offers a paid Basic Upgrade Plan for business listings at
$7 USD per year.

What's included: Featured badge and priority placement in search results,
up to 10 photos (upload & delete from dashboard), 90-day analytics with country & city
breakdown, instant Page Updates (public announcements on your listing), Products Showcase
(list up to 10 products), and all dashboard tabs fully unlocked.

Activation: The plan is activated within 24 hours of
payment confirmation by our team.

Duration: The plan is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
There are no automatic renewals.

Payment: Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.
All transactions are subject to our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Paid services are non-transferable and valid only for the listed business profile.
Note: This is an annual subscription, not a one-time payment. The plan expires
after 1 year and is not renewed automatically. You will be reminded before your plan expires.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit fake, misleading, or duplicate listings
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of this platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or misuse platform data
- Impersonate another business or individual
6. Reviews & User Content
Users may submit reviews based on genuine personal experiences. Reviews represent
the personal opinions of the reviewers and not those of PinkBazaar. We do not verify
each individual review and are not responsible for the accuracy of user opinions.
We will remove reviews and other user content that violate our policies, including:
- Fake reviews — written by people who never used the business
- Self-reviews by the business owner or affiliated parties
- Reviews posted by competitors to harm a business
- Multiple reviews from the same device or IP for the same listing
- Vulgar, abusive, threatening, or hateful content
- Personal attacks, doxxing, or sharing of private information
- Off-topic content, spam, or promotional links
We do not remove honest negative reviews on the basis of business
owner disagreement alone. Owners who believe a review violates the policies above
may contact the PinkBazaar support team for review.
7. Intellectual Property
PinkBazaar's website design, logo, code, and original content are the property of PinkBazaar.
You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our prior written consent.
Photos, business names, descriptions, and other content uploaded by business owners remain
the property of their respective owners. By submitting content to PinkBazaar, you grant us
a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of your listing.
8. Third-Party Content & Links
PinkBazaar is not responsible for the content, services, quality, or actions of any
listed business, service provider, or external website linked from this platform.
Any transaction between a user and a listed business is solely between those parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
PinkBazaar shall not be held responsible for:
- Any disputes between users and listed businesses
- Quality, delivery, or service failures by third-party businesses
- Losses arising from reliance on listings or third-party transactions
- Temporary unavailability or technical errors on the platform
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any listing or user access
without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if we determine such action is
necessary to protect the platform or its users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after
changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend checking this page periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of
this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Local consumer-protection laws. If you are a consumer accessing PinkBazaar from
a country whose laws give you mandatory rights or protections (for example, EU/UK consumer
protection law or similar local regulations), nothing in these Terms is intended to override or
restrict those rights. You may also pursue available remedies through the courts or regulators
of your country of residence where local law so provides.
