Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Listing Submissions
Businesses and service providers may submit their listings (stores, services, events, jobs) through our platform.
All submissions are reviewed and approved by the PinkBazaar team before going live.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
- The information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- You are the owner or an authorised representative of the business.
- Photos uploaded are your own or you have the right to use them.
- The listing does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or our content guidelines.
We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion without prior notice, including
listings that contain inaccurate information, duplicate entries, or content that violates these Terms.
3. Business Owner Activity Page
Approved listing owners can access their Activity Page using their registered phone number. The Activity Page
allows owners to view analytics, manage photos, and update their listing description.
Owners with an active paid plan may set a private PIN for additional security. You are responsible for keeping
your login credentials and PIN confidential. PinkBazaar is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from
your failure to secure your login.
4. Paid Listing Plan
We offer a Basic Upgrade Plan at $4.99/year which provides Featured placement, up to 10 photos
(with upload & delete access), 90-day analytics with country and city breakdown, and a private PIN.
- Payments are processed manually via WhatsApp — we share a secure payment link upon request.
- The plan is an annual subscription and expires after 1 year from the activation date.
- There is no automatic renewal. You will be reminded on WhatsApp before expiry.

Note: The Verified badge is not a paid feature. It is awarded by the PinkBazaar team after
independently confirming a listing is genuine. Any listing — free or paid — may receive it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PinkBazaar only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Post or submit any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or another user's account.
- Interfere with website functionality, performance, or security.
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without prior written permission from us.
- Submit duplicate or fake business listings.
- Impersonate another business or person.
6. Reviews & User Content
Users may submit reviews for business listings. By submitting a review, you confirm that your content:
- Reflects your genuine experience.
- Does not violate any copyright, defamation, or privacy laws.
- Is not sponsored, incentivised, or fake.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review without prior notice if it violates these Terms
or community guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements — is the property of
Pink Bazaar unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this
site without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, or logos appearing in business listings belong to their respective owners.
8. Embedded & Third-Party Content
Listings and blog posts may include embedded content from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Embedded content behaves as if the visitor had visited those platforms directly. Pink Bazaar does not own,
host, or claim responsibility for any third-party content.
9. External Links
Business listings and pages may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only.
We do not control or endorse external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accuracy across all listings, Pink Bazaar makes no warranties about the completeness
or reliability of content submitted by third parties.
We are not liable for:
- Errors, omissions, or outdated information in business listings.
- Any losses or damages resulting from reliance on information found on this website.
- Disputes between customers and business owners listed on the platform.
- Content or actions of external websites linked from our platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any listing or user access at our discretion and without prior
notice if these Terms are violated or if we suspect misuse of the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
