I also noticed a pattern where workers were moved to other employers, leaving clients without support and forcing them to hire replacements through him, resulting in additional commission payments. The workers provided were often unreliable, and there were concerns about trustworthiness and theft.
If you disagree with his demands, he may encourage workers to leave immediately, creating unnecessary disruption. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services and would advise others to consider more professional and reliable alternatives.
