I had a disappointing experience with this service and would advise others to proceed with caution.

They visited my home to repair my refrigerator and informed me that the motherboard needed fixing. They took the part with them for external repair and returned within about an hour, stating it had been fixed. I was charged ₹3,200.

However, the refrigerator still did not work. When I contacted them, I was asked to wait 24 hours. Upon following up the next day, I was informed that their workers were unavailable and no one could come to resolve the issue.

I hope they improve their service quality and customer support in the future.
