Extremely Dangerous and Negligent Service

Do not even think of giving your bike here. They loot customers and claim they have completed all the service work when they clearly haven’t.

They charged around ₹12,000 for full service, and I expected my bike to be properly checked and returned in safe condition. But that was not the case at all.

Sohail was the person coordinating my service, and despite being assured that everything was fully serviced, my wife and I nearly lost our lives on the very same day. While riding, the tyre and rim suddenly came off. We could have easily ended up under a bus. This was a life-threatening situation caused by their negligence.

After the incident, when we called these useless people, they took almost 2.5 hours to come. Even then, instead of first checking on our safety or asking what happened, they were more worried about payment. Thankfully, I had not paid them immediately after the service.
