WARNING DON'T GO TO AuTech Repairs

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with AuTech Repairs Gulshan e Johar has been extremely disappointing

I took my MacBook Air M1 on 22nd May for a Flexgate display issue. They quoted 22,000pkr but after the repair increased it to 28,000pkr and I paid 29,000pkr

The display worked at first, but the webcam stopped working, the repair looked sloppy, and after just 3 days the screen flickering returned

I returned it under their 3 month warranty on 1st June. It's been over a month and I still don't have my laptop. I kept hearing "kal ho jaye ga" and "aaj raat tak ho jaye ga" but nothing changed

After my review they asked me on WhatsApp to remove it and give them one more week. I agreed. Now they publicly say I should collect it or pay for a screen replacement. My issue is simple: I paid 29,000pkr, the repair lasted 3 days, my webcam stopped working, and I was given false timelines
