Visit date: August 10, 2026. We arrived for a Gold Check-up at 08:00, registered and completed the questionnaire, but no one attended to us until 08:45. Many patients were invited for the same time, and the process was poorly coordinated. Female patients were told the ECHO examination would be performed by a male doctor; no female specialist or comfortable alternative was offered. We also observed misspelled names and surnames in documents and did not receive clear answers to our questions. For a patient with a pacemaker, staff could not clearly explain the procedure or required safety precautions. Before visiting, confirm the exact time, availability of a female ECHO specialist, pacemaker safety protocol, spelling of personal data, who will answer questions, and whether written results and recommendations will be provided. Based on our experience, organization, accuracy and patient attention were very poor. I do not recommend this clinic.
