I reached out to Next Step Hua Hin by email to get information about my situation, and unfortunately the experience left a lot to be desired. The response I received was vague and didn't actually answer my questions — I was left with no useful information at all.

What concerned me most was that the reply seemed to show a lack of real knowledge on the subject. For a service that's supposed to guide clients through important procedures, I expected clear, competent answers — not confusion.

Communication is essential when dealing with something this important, and unfortunately that's exactly where they fell short. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them.
