0/5 Stars (If Possible) – Absolute Fraud and Scammed Out of ₹3,15,000!Do not trust Plumeria Holidays! They are running a complete scam taking lakhs of rupees from customers and delivering absolutely zero service.

I paid a massive amount of ₹3,15,000 for a 6-Year Privilege Membership (ID: PLPFSN000005377) back in March 2025. It has been 15 months since activation, and they have failed to provide a single vacation booking, successful itinerary, or even basic customer support. Once they take your money, they completely ghost you.

This is a blatant criminal breach of trust, an Unfair Trade Practice, and a severe Deficiency of Service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I have already sent my final legal notice demanding a full refund. If my money is not returned immediately, I am filing an official case with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission via the e-Jagriti portal and reporting them to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
