Thai Nexus Point

I contacted Thai Nexus to ask for information about the LTR (Long-Term Resident) Visa, hoping to get clear guidance on the process and requirements. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide any useful information on the matter.

What was most disappointing was that they openly admitted they would need to rely on third parties to get the answers, rather than having the knowledge in-house. For a company offering visa consultancy services, I expected a much higher level of expertise on such an important topic.

Based on this experience, I don't feel confident recommending them for LTR Visa matters — I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a provider with solid, direct knowledge of the process.
