⭐ 1 STAR — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

We were 6 friends from Goa on a Spiti Valley trip starting 18th September. Our experience with Yatraloka was extremely disappointing.

The itinerary included Manali sightseeing, but guide Anshuman left us to explore ourselves without prior information. The next day, Sissu Valley and Sissu Waterfall were also included but he refused to take us there and argued when questioned.

One friend slipped, suffered severe leg pain and swelling and couldn't walk. We had to take him to the hospital ourselves. Even our request to help get food for our injured friend was refused.

We were also charged ₹300 per person for Chandrataal despite being told everything was included except personal expenses. Food and accommodation were disappointing, and warm drinking water was difficult to get.

⚠️ Confirm every detail and charge in writing before booking.
