Extremely disappointing experience with this store. I bought a room cooler that was defective right out of the box. I reported the issue to Mr. Shahbaz within two days of the purchase, yet several days have passed without any proper resolution. The most frustrating part is that once the sale was completed, they stopped responding to my calls. Their customer support and after-sales service have been very unprofessional, and I cannot recommend buying from them.
