I visited Tesco Mall on Dhamial Road recently and had a really disappointing experience. The cashier made a disrespectful comment about my body/weight and called me a hurtful name while I was there. I honestly did not expect this kind of behavior from staff dealing with customers.

People come to shop, not to be insulted or made uncomfortable. Very unprofessional experience and I hope management takes staff behavior more seriously.
